1. Description of Services

Essence 111 provides credit consulting and document preparation services to assist clients in disputing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on their credit reports.

• No Guarantees: In accordance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Essence 111 cannot and does not guarantee a specific increase in your credit score or the removal of accurate, verifiable negative information.

2. User Responsibilities

To effectively perform our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and financial information.
• Forward all correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors to us within 5 days of receipt.
• Refrain from applying for new credit or making major financial changes without consulting us during the active dispute process.

3. Fees and Payment

• No Advance Fees: In compliance with CROA and Florida state law, Essence 111 does not charge upfront fees for credit repair services that have not yet been fully performed.
• Billing Structure: You will be billed only after the agreed-upon services for that billing cycle have been fully executed.

4. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with Essence 111 without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which you signed the service agreement. Complete details regarding cancellation procedures will be provided in your official client agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Essence 111 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in Florida.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
